Description | Tenuigenin is a major active component isolated from the root of the Chinese herb Polygala tenuifolia. Tenuigenin protects against S.aureus-induced pneumonia by inhibiting NF-κB activation. Tenuigenin has anti-inflammatory effect[1]. |
